Before booking one of our pods please take the time to read these Terms and Conditions. They include important information about your booking, the pods, site facilities and your stay with us. All guests staying with us must be aged 18 or over. We have a strict no pets policy.
Payments
● We request that all payments are made in full when booking.
● If you need to cancel please give us at least a week’s notice before your original check-in date. We may be able to rearrange your stay. If your dates move between seasons there may be a cost incurred.
● Any cancellations will only be refunded in full, if the pod is able to be rebooked for the same dates and price, in which case 50% will be given back if it isn’t booked with a week’s notice.
Accommodation
● The lead person booking must be aged 18 or above at the time of booking.
● There is a strict no pets policy, either staying or visiting the pod.
● There is a maximum of 2 adults per pod.
● No additional visitors are allowed to stay.
● Any complaints must be made during the stay in order to give us the opportunity to rectify any problems; any complaints made after departure will not be accepted.
● We are relieved of any liability should, due to circumstances beyond our control, the pod becomes unavailable or unsuitable for letting. Any money paid will be reimbursed in full and the booking will be cancelled.
Damage
● If you or any of your party cause damage to the pod, the facilities or the exterior of the pod, or the site in any way, we reserve the right to collect payment from you to cover the cost of the damage.
● We will not accept any liability for any damage to or loss of any personal property while on site.
● Any complaints must be made during the stay in order to give us the opportunity to rectify any problems; any complaints made after departure will not be accepted.

Cleaning
● The team will clean the pods between each stay.
● You are responsible for leaving the pods in a tidy manner before you leave, including putting rubbish in the bins and washing up any dirty kitchenware or using the dishwasher.
● A charge of £15 will be made for any pods that have been left in an unsatisfactory mess.
Smoking
● We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the pods. This includes tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
● Guests are permitted to smoke outside the pod, but you must dispose of your cigarette, use the ashtrays provided.
● Smoking in the hot tub is also STRICTLY prohibited.
● Any evidence to suggest that there has been smoking in the pod will lead to additional cleaning charges.
Parking
● There is a designated parking place next to each pod. Please do not park on other areas of the site.
● Vehicles are left at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for damage or theft on the site.
Noise
● We ask that any noise outside of the pod i.e. music playing, has ended by 10pm, this is to ensure all close neighbours & guests on site can expect a quiet and relaxing evening.
If you are found to be in breach of these conditions during your stay we reserve the right to ask you and your party to leave, with no refunds given.
